Merh, I tried your trick Andusciassus, but it changed the little title at the top of my post rather than the thread title. Ah well, that'll have to do. Maybe I'll start a new thread just for the log.
@Beatonthis: Thanks for the advice, too late to change this first batch of plasticard, but maybe I'll try foamcore when I get to the Titan.
As for templates, I'm not using the old WD ones, I'm actually using one designed by someone on Warseer that very closely resembled the FW version. So no problems there.
And the weapons, I did consider scratch-building them but quickly decided on buying them, like you said. The demolisher cannon and main gun I'm going to build myself, though (just a bit of tubing, after all).
Mud Isle seems appropriate. They call this summer? I've barely taken off my coat all year.
