Ok ive been working on this a while, the stroy is basicly about a Darkelf who gets left behind on Ulthuan after Malekiths last foiled takeover of the island. Some people might say he would be caught, well he didnt.
They left him, him of all people, they left their precious warrior. After Tyrions great victroy pushing the Darkelves away, Adimus was left to stay. He was given a special mission, a mission to blend in, gather info, cause terror without being caught. His captain called it an honor, but he saw it as suicide. He must get back at them, make them pay for trying to get rid of him. He will show them, he will show them the fear that hes caused so many other elves.
Adimus was about 6' tall, slender, and unlike most darkelves living on Ulthuan gave his skin some tint. His hair was short and brown, his eyes a dule black, and grin always worn on his face. He blended in with the citizens of Lothern. He lived in a small hut on the outskirts of the city. His only reason for going in was to collect, steal, or take armor, weapons, food, and money. He was preparing for his return.
On one of his trips into the city he thought he would be brave and try to get himself on the seaguards galleys. He made his way though the streets wearing only a hooded cloak and some regular clothes. He carried a bag with him filled with daggers, swords, and various other pointy things. When he got near the docks he hid in a ally and started to arm himself with the weapons. This was the day he would get back to his lands. He came out the ally and made his way to a small ship with a few merchants loading things off. When 2 went on board and 3 went into a nearby storehouse he ran up the boats ramp and hid behind some barrels covering himself with canvas. He sat their for a few hours coming to a few close calls from the crew. Eventually the ship started to leave the city. He peaked out of the canvas to see the massive seagates lined with its guards open for the sea traffic.
After the boat got intot he highseas Adimus saw his time to strike, as the sun went down he only heard 2 merchants talking on the deck, he slowly put his hood on and carefully creeped out the canvas. He saw that the 2 merchants weren't facing him and then he attacked. Silently he walked over behind them and pulled out a pair of daggers and slit their throats. Before they hit the deck he pushed them overboard. He then made his way below deck and stabbed the 5 other crewmen in their sleep. The ship was his.
Adimus wasn't a sailor by trade, but he new how to read the stars, he figured he was near the west of Ulthuan and pointed the boat towards his home land. The sea was ruff and storms were freak. Snow storms, so he knew he was near.
About 4 days later he finally saw land, upon further searching he saw a black tower with a bright flame on top. He couldnt see much further than the coast because of a grey fog but as he neared he saw a greater spire start to form. "Arnheim" he said to himself, "Im back!"

That's not bad actually, one slight problem
Arnheim (or Arnhelm as it was called before an idiotic typo, it's a running joke that it's inhabited by German Elves) is a High Elf colony and not a Dark Elf city.
That aside it’s reasonable and believable fluff- Dark Elves and High Elves do historically spy on each other, so they can’t look that different.
About the fluff: if he was send to spread terror shouldn't he be murdering and decapitating left and right? Other wise quite interesting.
"Arnheim (or Arnhelm as it was called before an idiotic typo, it's a running joke that it's inhabited by German Elves) is a High Elf colony and not a Dark Elf city. " Shouldn't it be a dutch city? Like the city Arnhem?
Expect the worst, so you won't be disappointed.

Doubtful because the suffix is different and "heim" is actually German for Home
This sees the use in some fictional cities of the Empire because Reikspiel is in actual fact German.
Hence High Elves living in anywhere "heim" is slightly strange.
