So I got the most recent issue of Gametrade and it has a preview of the lastest Warhammer RPG book titled Tome of Salvation. It deals with all the Warhammer gods and their followers, pretty cool. One tiny bit of information stuck out to me, about the Shark God Stromfels. Does anyone know where I can find information on him? Any older books I won't have to give an arm or leg for? I'd like to make a Hordes of Chaos force around him, but found out he's an enemy of the Chaos Gods, so looking for another army. (Maybe use their rules for coastal Norse).
This is the most I can find on him from various websites:
Stromfels, The Shark, Lord of the Raging Sea.
Depicted as an enraged Manann or a great shark. He is god of the dangers of the sea.
Worshipped along the coasts of the Old World and great rivers. Unknown elsewhere.
Enemies are the Gods of Chaos and some Manann priests. Sea Elves attack Stromfels ships on sight.
Seems cool, but I don't want to wait to find out how he does his thing.

sounds like a minor god/cult you could do an empire force, with lot of state troops though. Sailor malitia.
I haven't heard him mentioned in ages!
He is the 'dark' aspect of Mannann worshipped by pirates/wreckers etc.
In WFRP he had a Neutral or Evil alignment and certainly wouldn't be Chaotic. However his worship is illegal in the Empire. He is viewed as slightly better than Khaine.
There was a series of White Dwarfs back in the day all about Marienburg. One of them had more details. I will see if I can dig it out tonight.
I can't think of any full blown armies that would worship him.
