This was a team i used against orcs and gobbos, and i slaughtered him, but what suggestions do you have magic wise and maybe something something i could take out to make the dark riders better, they would of made excelent flankers and would of kicked butt if i didnt win so soon. thanks.

Turn 1: He went first, and he used his shaman (level 4) to do Gorks warpath, he hit quite a few of my sorceresses, 2 wounds on the level four and one on the one with a black staff, nothing else much. Then when I went I used steed of shadows and such on the harpies and made him release ALL of his fanatics (mwahaha), but it killed my harpies (sob) then I used unseen lurker to get the repeater bolt throwers up there and killed some normal orcs and an orc boar boy, but I killed a night goblin with my pit of shadows, yay (they went on to flee)!!!
Turn 2: He used gorks warpath again and killed off a shaman and my level 4 shaman but miscast the second time and killed himself and he killed two crew from two different rbts, otherwise nothing. On my turn more I used more steed of shadows and unseen lurkers, killed more normal orcs and destroyed his orc big boss.
Turn 3: He used brain bursta’ and wounded a rbt. But his fanatic did one wound to a troll, and 5 on the orc boar boys. On my turn I moved my shaman with the web of shadows up to the trolls and only did one wound, instead of killing all of them (I think I will take switch his magic weapon to something less expensive or remove it completely so I can some more stuff to the dark riders) and he went on to die, but just barely because he got amazing luck! I then killed some more stuff in bits in pieces.
Turn 4: He just moved forward, but I however got my warriors in sight and killed some more orcs and boar boys, at this point he forfitted because I was winning too bad.
He killed: two crew of rbts (different rbts), level four shamn, shaman with black staff and shaman with web of shadows.
I killed: lots of orcs and orc boar boys, a troll, his shamans, and his big boss, and one night goblin!
Overall thoughts: I liked the team and the only thing in the end that I would change is the dude with web of shadows, and I should try to get all of the sorceresses close up to cast spells and such, not just one.
Everyone has an evil twin. If your thinking "I don't have one", its you...
Nice Battle Report, but I would have preffered if you had included the enemys army list.
It seems that you just relied pretty much on magic in this battle, as a dwarf player, I wouldn't want to fight agaonst you...
I'm just a sucker with no Self Esteem
Why not? Dwarfs are way better of in magic defense than most other armies. Runepriest with 3 dispel runes are awesome. It seems that you just relied pretty much on magic in this battle, as a dwarf player, I wouldn't want to fight agaonst you...
