ok this was my first game w/ nurgle and this was my opponents first game ever he used my dwarfes
heres my list
-Great Wpn/Chaos Armr
-lvl2 /Mark of Nurgle
20 Warriors of Nurgle
-Hvy Armr/Shield Hnd Wpns
5 Chosen Knights
-Master Rune of Gromil
-Hvy Armr/Shield/Hnd Wpn
-Great Wpns/Hvy ARmr
20 Ironbreakers (w/ Thane)
-Full Command/Rune of Battle
OK the terrain was he had a hill for cannon and thunderers and then there were randomly scattered hills about

My spells were poxes and scabs
I got first turn
HOC Turn 1
Everything advanced straight foward and i got scabs off irresistabely but it was out of range
Dwarf Turn 1
His Great Wpn Warriors went on a hill right in front of them and prepared for the knight charge and everything elde stayed put for shooting the thunderers and organ gun were out of range but the cannon demolished a knight
HOC Turn 2
My KOC charged the great wpn warriors and my maruaders prepared to flank them and everything else moved up. Scabs was dispelled in the magic phase and on to close combat where i was hoping to maul his warrior im mean hitting and wounding on 3's w/ no armr save isnt that bad so i charged w/ my 9 attcks and naturally i only killed 1 freakin stuntie and he responded by kiling one of my own
knights! i lost the combat but i stayed hopefully to kill more next phase
Dwarf Turn 2
Everything stayed put and on to shooting the cannon shot at the warriors kiling 1 thankfully and the organ gun opened fire and killed 5! Its nasty i know and apparently so do my warriors so they booked it outta there thankfully my sorcerer stayed after seeing the cowards run the thunderers took aim and took nutin off my spawn. THen i turned hopefully to my warriors who this turn struck 4 stunties down so i felt pretty good w/ only the champ attacking me back w/ his feeble little attack but unfortunatly he was obviously pissed and he decapitated 2 out of the 3 remaing knights i left my standard so i tied w/ him but he had the musician so i rolled my ld 8 test and failed and so he wont be coming back but its ok because my maruaders get to charge him next turn
Hoc Turn 3
This turn led to 2 charges my chariot into his organ gun the spawn couldnt move fast enough and the marauders into the front unfourtunaently into the front of the 9 remaining great wpn warriors Magic saw i miscast but it only ended my magic phase so thats ok Close combat saw my chariot w/ general in it only killing 2 out of the 3 crew yes on the charge w/ my general i only killed 2 and the last guy passed his ld test so he stayed o and my warriors rallied/the maruader killed 2 and took one wound bak and the stunties passed there break test so on to next turn
Dwarf Turn 3
ok the iron breakers moved toward the marauder combat and the other warriors stayed put laughing at the cowardly warriors of nurgle/for shooting the cannon killed the spawn and the thunderers missed the nurgle warriors/the great wpn warriors and maruaders exchanged blows the marauders won and the stuties stayed and my general on chariot killed the remaining crew leaving him free to charge the thunderers on the hill
Hoc Turn 4
The General charged the thunderers and the nurgle warriors moved into charge range of the hnd wpn and shield warriors/the magic phase saw scabs getting irresistable force and making the ironbreakers t 3 finally/and for combat the general in chariot killed 5 thunderers and broke them and ran them down and he was now set to charge the cannon next turn/the maruaders and the now 6 dwarfs fought seeing a couple maruaders fall and no stunties
Dwarf Turn 4
The ironbreakers turned aroun so they wouldnt be rear ended by the chariot if it over ran the cannon crew on my turn (only if my chariot is able to kill a war machine crew :realmad: ) THe cannon seeing on how the chariot was far to close decied to shoot the warriors down to 12 but luckly the didnt flee The maruader combat saw me killing a dwarf w/ the marauders (yeh)and them killing 2 brining them down to 7 i lost this time but i passed my ld
Hoc turn 5
the general in chariot charged the cannon the nurgle warriors charged the stuntie warriors who passed there fear check and the sorcerer flanked them (ha HA!
Magic saw scabs on the warriors dispelled and on to close combat the chariot killed the stunties w/ the impact hits(thats what its supposed to do! and it over ran passed the ironbreakers into the back of the great wpn warriors fighting the unable marauders/and the nurgle warriors didnt kill one stuntie the dwarfs responded by killing 1 and winning combat and my sorcerer and warriors fled he prusued and cut down my warriors and my sorcerer got away/the marauder combat resulted in him killing another 2 and me losing the combat but luckly staying
Dwarf Turn 5
The hnd wpn shield warriors turned to face my sorcerer and the ironbreakers followed suit/Finally i killed those ####### great wpn warriors since the chariot rear charged and killed most of them and over ran out of iron breaker charge range
HOC turn 6
My chariot whelled around to charge the iron breakers next turn and my 5 remaing marauders set up a flank charge and my sorcerer irresistabley forced poxes on the breakers softening them up for next turn
Dwarf turn 6
The warriors tired but were out of range of charging my sorcerer and on to next turn
Hoc turn 7
This saw my chariot charging the breakers in the front and the maruarders flanking
The chariot w. general kill 6 and the maruaders killed 3 the dwarf generally kill my generals chariot so he fell out but we won the combat and he fled and i prusued and cut him down w/ maruaders
This saw his remaining warriors charging my general they didnt wound him and i killed one but i fled he didnt catch and ran into my 5 maruaders
HOc Turn 8
To make it short he killed my marauders and my general rallied
Then we called it a draw we were goin to play till everything was dead but i was just going to keep circling him so it wasnt goin to end we both had about the same # of victory pts so it was close my regrets are my chosen knight sucking so much i mean they shoudve ripped through those warriors but o well/and speaking of those warriors they were beastly they killed the kights and when they had 8 against 16 marauders and they brought them down to 5 while only taking 3 wounds himself well i guess we can some this up as begginers luck for him and for me to roll dice better
Yea, the knights should have massacred the dwarves, how many points was it? But good battle report.

where are the plaguebearers :o ?????? anyways nice battle report. That must of been hard losing your knights and half your mauraders to like 10 dwarves but you still pulled out a tie.
Nothing a Battle Cannon Couldnt fix
Good battle report. The problem with fighting Dwarves is they are difficult to kill and don't run away easily so you did well. I have charged a unit of Dwarves with chosen knights of Khorne and it took ages to get rid of them.

Btw, just so you know: Scabs can only be cast on characters - not regiments.
Yeah yeah nice battle reports fella's........... the organ gun killing 5?? woow thats gota be some sorta record.... but i knew the dwarfs would win all along.... didnt we all?? hahha

I have always loved the organ gun! It has always caused mass destuction when have ever used ityet the dwarf players here never use it or seem to like it.
