Hello to all.
I am in need of some help determining exactly how to use the rules for Morghurs taint rules. I am wondering, in the book it mentions that when a unit is inside the forest they need to make a leadership test or suffer a d6 S4 hits. I was battling someone the other day that was using empire, had cast a spell making them immune to psychology, is the leadership test requirement still made or are they immune to that as well?
All help is appreciated, in advance I thank you for your responce.
I had a similar rule come up also. It was a unit of dryads that wanted to enter the woods. They also cause fear(plus immune) them selves so would that unit have too test since fear is down graded for them?
We just diced it. But I too would like to see what other people had to say.
I thought the taint rule was D6 strength 3 hits

"Peace, through superior firepower."
thanks for the response on my question. I didn't have the book with me when I listed this question and my memory is kind of short hehehe, the question I was intending to post was based on the creation of spawn, any unit within 8" of Morghur must make a leadership test or suffer d6 s4 wounds and if one wound makes it through after checks, a chaos spawn with an amount of wounds equal to the number done to the unit is created. Since other leadership tests are concidered to be psychology, is a unit that is immune to psychology still affected by this even though nothing in the rule states that it is a psychology.
Sorry bout the miscommunication on that and I do appreciate all responces.:rofl
Not all leadership tests are psychology (even though yeah 99% are). Some others such as the Ptra items and the Casket of Souls in the TK list represent how quickly the troops avert their gaze when the commander tells them to. This is a similar case that would affect anyone as it doesn't say anything about being a psych test or not affecting those ItP.
To enter the forests the since they are fear checks units that are immune to psychology do not have to take these checks. The normal checks for being within 8" still apply.
Thanks again for all the good information, it helps me out considerably.
