Hopefully next week I'll be playing a 5 player game, however we only have a 6' by 4' board (don't worry, it'll just be border patrol or slightly larger), the obvious problem here, is there aren't enough sides/corners for everyone to set up in, so can anyone come up with an idea of how to get this to work?
The only idea I've had is if we play a 1500pt game, where one side is made up of 2 750pt armies, and the other is 3 500pt armies.
Also If I want to field a deamon army (using the new rules) in my border patrol army, am I alowed to use a herald as the boss (VC's are alowed thralls as bosses in BP) because otherwise it's actually completely impossible.
thanks for any help
I'm sure everyone would be fine with you using a different hero to fit a new list.
As for setup you could do it in teams as you suggested which would probably make it easier. Or you could get a protractor/angle measurer out and measure everyone an equal section of the table...sort of...it's not perfect.
I think it'll be easiest to either have teams, or "forget to invite one of them" so that we can use equal deployment zones (I'll kick in whoever doesn't come later).
Hopefully some one won't be free at the right time (my brothers doing lots of revision, so I could make the battle co-inside with his revision time...come to think of it, I should probably be revising...ah...too late now I guess).
