A problem I discovered was that some people were arming their characters with great weapons (strike last except on charge, no problem so far) and then giving them a magical item which makes them "always strike first" (oh no!. Which one takes precedance? I've come along two examples of this:
A Chaos character (any one will do) with great weapon and Helm of many eyes.
A Druchii Annointed with great wepon and Quickening Blood.
Can someone tell me if this potentially devastating combination of wargear works?

Yes, you can do that. S7 always strike first is nast-ay!
Ok from what I know magic always takes president, so the character would strike first. But if you and someone can't decide, then just roll for it. On a 4+ they strike first, any other they strike last. Simple.
Oh and the Q&A on this is in the Annual 2004, page 81, under "Weapons".
No its for sure... Me and my friend had the same problem and called Games-Workshop...
