The brew gives you stupidity, or hatred, or hatred and frenzy. How are you getting stupidity and frenzy out of it?

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.

Savage orcs come with frenzy as standard, so if he rolled stupidity from the brew the character would have both stupidity and frenzy.

Ah, OK, then I would say that the stupidity wouldn't affect him as he is immune to psychology. Just my guess though.

    ...

Read the ItP rule again. Please.

Stupidity happens before frenzy and prevents the model doing anything that turn. While frenzy compels a charge declaration, a stupid model can't declare a charge or do anything other than bumble forward.

Hail the smite-power of the Rork!

You don't even need to do something so creative to get Stupid + Frenzy. One of the results on the Waaaaaagh! Magic Miscast Table afflicts the caster with Stupid + Frenzy. Or you could join a Vampire Lord with the Crown of Stupidity to a unit of Blood Knights. (not quite identical scenario, but the result is the same) Put a Savage Orc character inside a unit of trolls too! etc etc

    As Rork already has posted
Read the ItP rule again. Please.
Page 53, brb (7th edition), to be precise. There is readily described what ItP nowadays does.

On a further note (somewhat unrelated, yet still): the entry for stupidity (p.52, so you won't even have to flip pages) notes as a side effect that units suffering from stupidity are ItP while stupid. So ItP can't cancel stupidity as it would auto-negate itself would the old rules still apply.
It ain't easy bein' green... :-)

Nope. Immune to Psychology means that they auto pass Panic, Fear and Terror tests, won't auto break against fear causing enemies and can't flee as a charge reaction. Page 53 of the BRB.

Oops. Guess I should check things instead of going off the top of my head. Sorry.
