Ok, I've got a bit of a conundrum....
What exactly is the interaction between Hatred, Father of Blades, and Armour of Damnation?
You re-roll misses with Hatred, but with Father of Blades, you "hit" yourself on a roll of a one. With the Armour of Damnation, your opponent re-rolls all successful to hit rolls.
So if a DE player, needing 4+ to hit my Chaos Lord, rolled a 1,2,3,4,5,6, would you then re-rolled the misses, but then re-rolled the hits? And would he actually re-roll the one, because it's actually a hit? And since you can only re-roll a roll once, would he actually just re-roll all the dice and accept what he got on the second roll? Sorry guys, but my head hurts just thinking about this one....
Yes, you reroll all the dice!!!!! i.e. any sensible player "cancels out" these 2 effects and rolls just once.

It does become an issue with the father of the blades though, do you actually re-roll all dice or does the first roll count?
I can just see situations where you could roll all hits (unlikely to be repeated on a reroll) or more than a couple of ones on the first roll.
I think that the best thing for you to do is sort it out before the game if you think it may come up, saves anybody trying to just sneak out of a freakishly bad roll.
I think the fairest way to do this is to say each player gets to re-roll the dice and the penalties for rolling ones only takes effect once the dice have settled.
So you roll to hit. Any 1's are misses, so are re-rolled (along with other misses).
AT this point your enemies abilities take effect.
Re-roll any hits and take the penalties for any 1's you rolled on the second round of rolling.
So while technically you are re-rolling rerolls each player is only getting the benifit of one re-roll.

The way this works is simple, as a dice can only ever be rerolled ONCE in Warhammer, so yes you reroll all the dice, as you are reolling your misses and the opponent is forcing rerolling your hits.
1. Roll to hit.
2. With hatred, reroll misses (including 1s)
3. Opponent rerolls hits from 1, NOT from 2
4. Resolve final hits against opponents and any 1s against yourself
