100 - 199pt table
200 - 299pt table
hypothetically, if when playing a Warband campaign to the scenario - a little war rules. 200pt cost starting armies increasing their points cost by 20 through a massacre 10 through a victory and 5 through a draw,
when playing a 210pt army against a 199pt army, which results table would you use, the 100 - 199pt result table, or the 200 - 299pt table?
You look at the chart of whichever army had more victory points at the end. So if the 210 army had more victory points you look under the 200-299 chart, if the 199 army had more points you look under the 100-199 chart.
That is the rule on paper, however, since you have starting size of 200pts, you may want to make a house rule that all games start at atleast the 200-299 chart.
tbeckett has it right. Warbands rules are a bit fiddly, and working it out so that you have the most fun with it is ultimately the right thing to do. Good luck!
Thanks guys just a little thing that quickly escalated into a rulehammer war!
the under 200pt army won with 25vps... but I'll probably call it a draw as a draw needs 24vps to tell the truth I was quibbling but the word of LO is law so the match has been declared a draw
rep for both!
