I was wondering how the sequence of Charges and Charge Reactions goes. From the BRB I would guess this:
1. All Charges Declared at the same time
2. All Charge Reactions declared AFTER all Charges have been Declared
3. Resolve Charges and reactions one at a time
Can someone please advise if this is correct?
Pretty much.. You declare all charges first. In the "Declare Charges" section on p15, it states "the first thing you must do is declare which units will charge." (emphasis mine) It's units plural, not unit by unit.
Then in "Declaring Charge Responses" on p16, it starts with "After you declare your charges..." again, plural.
So you declare all charges before any responses are given.
After charges and reactions are declared, you first handle the flee reactions. That's done in the Compulsory move part of the turn per the "Flee" section on p19.
Stand & Shoot would be after that (if eligible) since that's handled just before moving chargers - first line of second paragraph on "Stand & Shoot" p 19.
Lastly, move all chargers.
Moob has it correct. I will add in a little bit.
After declaring reactions, check charge ranges for any units with frenzy. Also, check to see if charging units that cause fear or terror are in range, and take any psychology tests required, perhaps changing your reaction to flee if you fail.
Edit: This might actually take place before declaring reactions. Can't remember off hand and its late. But logistically, I don't really think it matters.

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
