The question is in the title really.

Can you dispel 'from death awakened' as seen in the Sylvanian army list for SoC?

Also, does someone need to cast it, using power dice, or is it an 'automatic' spell for each grave marker?

Finally, assuming that the grave markers themselves cast the spell, is it a one time cast, or can you cast it every turn?

    Thanks.

Death is my meat, terror my wine.

Yes they can be dispelled, it's a bound spell thus will be treated as normal. So can be dispelled etc.

It can be dispelled, it doesn't use power dice, and it goes every turn for the battle.
