    Charge, Flee, Pursue, Fresh Enemy

sorry about picture, and probably a noob question, but lets say the skeletons(red) are 5 inches from the skinks (small green),and 8 from the saurus, and decide to charge. skinks flee reaction.
do they run directly from where the skeletons are at the time of the charge( possibly 1 model through the saurus - panic test?)
can the skeletons, considering the need to wheel to go after the skinks, still have enough movement to reach the saurus?
if not, and it were a failed charge, would the skeletons wheel first, using up a few inches, and then move the inch or two, or can they charge forward, then wheel, then charge again, menaing a failed charge will still put them right in front of the skinks?

sorry lots of questions but apparently i have much of the basic mechanism of the game to learn. thanks for your help

oh and not a rule, but how do you use these tactics to get a unit where you want it? in other words how do you effectively charge bait/block?

You draw a line from the centre of the skeletons through the centre of the closest skink (I assume they are skirmishers). All models flee and pursue along this parallel.

can the skeletons, considering the need to wheel to go after the skinks, still have enough movement to reach the saurus? If after the wheel, you can still hit the saurus, and have enough movement left, they can be charged. You can't wheel a second time to line up with them.

if not, and it were a failed charge, would the skeletons wheel first, using up a few inches, and then move the inch or two, or can they charge forward, then wheel, then charge again, menaing a failed charge will still put them right in front of the skinks? Wheel first then move any remaining movement.

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
