Pivoting / Rotating / Wheeling a forest using Tree-SingingAs the title applies, if I treesing a forest, is it legal for me to have a pivoting point that stays still, while outer edges of the forest move.
If i Have a |____| forest like that
can i make it into
or someting in the lines of that, after obviously several tree singings.
In effect i'm still just moving the forest, im just moving the right part down, with a pivot point in the middle, which moves the left part up.
This was down at the warmasters tournament here with no complaints or even comments. I've been doing this at my local store for months now, no complaints.
I've read the rulebook and the FAQ and the army books/ FAQ for wood elves, doesn't say I can't.
So to me Pivoting/Wheeling/Rotating are all just part of "moving" the forest.
Let me know how you guys play / interpret the rules.
Thanks for your Time.
Replied to your thread in the wood elf forum, but for others here is the thread:

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
