I've seen a lot of the rules, but I don't have the book yet, and a few questions occurred to me a little while ago:
1. Can you use shields against shooting attacks? If so, is it from any direction, or only when they shoot at your front?
2. Can you use shields with non-hand weapons? If you have both a shield and a weapon you can't use along with it (such as a great weapon) can you choose to use their hand weapon and shield, or are you forced to use the weapon that isn't a hand weapon?
3. If you can use a musician to reform during combat, can you change the direction your unit is facing, such as to face a unit that attacked your flank or rear?
"Any job worth doing, is worth doing with a powerklaw."
Can I just remind people this is the forum for solving issues you have with the rules as they stand. Please wait until you have the book in your hands before asking about issues you have.
You shouldn't fish for current or future rules, and 8th ed stuff should be kept to the other discussion threads elsewhere.
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone
