8th edition changed how flyers move - now 10", but can't they fly over other troops on a march move, if they pass a leadership test? This would still give them a 20" movement. Then it seems they would have to charge using their 10" movement and the two highest of three dice - is this correct?

Yes sir, flying models may charge with either the 10" base move or their own Move value.
Swiftstride should still apply if they're cavalry.

Yes it is.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
So, can they march at double movement, i.e. 20" to get over obstacles/units?
Thanks! - Rep for the help!!!!
