In the rulebook, it says that flyers are treated as skirmishers. It also says, though, that flyers need LoS to shoot & charge, while skirmishers do not. What exactly is the rule here? If I have 3 terradons, do I have to face them all in different directions to have 360 degree LoS? Maybe only monstrous flyers need LoS, and flying units like terradons and screamers are like skirmishers? Can flyers negate rank bonuses if they charge in the flank/rear? Cuz skirmishers can't.
Flying UNITS do not negate ranks, but I was under the impression that they could charge and shoot in all directions, just like skirmishers.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.

This confuses many people, but yes flyers are treated like skirmishers but only to a degree. They don't negate rank and they don't move double pace, other than that it's basically the same for skirmishers (unless of course the flyer's rules counter them.)
Flyers don't negate rank bonus....? Surely they do if there's enough of them (US over 5)? So Pegasus Knights aren't half as good as I thought they were?
Or have I not read the rules properly?
And Keilah, when it says flyers still need LoS, that's only to prevent them charging things that they can't see behind walls/woods/trees. I believe it states that a unit of flyers follows the skirmishers rules, which as you say means they have 360 degree vision.
BUT note that single monsters that happen to be flyers still have only the usual 90 degree arc of vision to the front, as stated near the unit type/movement section (don't have rulebook on me atm so can't give page reference).

The rules for the fliers should rule out here. The rules stack and override eachother, and since the fliers rule says that they act as skirmishers then any variations from the skirmisher rules are what is the rule for fliers.
Just like how the Army Book/Codex overrides the Big Book.

UNITS OF FLIERS: (terradons, hawks, screamers, Fell bats...)
Treated as skirmishers:
one US per model
do NOT negate ranks (but they DO get the flank or rear bonus, IF they have a US of 5 or more)
360degree line of sight
SINGLE FLIERS: (Great eagles, dragons...)
Treated as Monsters:
Same rules as rank and file units
So there's a huge difference in how to use a Great Eagle and a small regiment of fell bats! (see evt. tactics for HE)
