i have just recently started playing WH. i play the lizardmen and have a question or need clairfication on one of the rules.
when playing saturday night i was told that my skins could not move and shoot their blowguns. is this right or were we wrong about the rules?
thank for the help
They cannot march move and shoot, but can move and shoot up to their base movement rating.
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.

Anyway, Grimbog is quite correct of course. Units that march can never shoot. But if they do move normally and fire their blowpipes they suffer a -1 for moving and shooting in the same turn (and possibly another -1 for the target being at long range). However, if the skinks were equipped with javelins, they wouldn't suffer the moving and shooting modifier or the long range modifier (but javelins only have a 8" range).
