I was playing a game with other people, we got into combat and i didnt have a musician. he said that you need a musician to rally, is that right?
You don't NEED a musician to rally, but you get +1 to leadership while attempting to, if you have a musician (A good idea with skaven.... no rank/leadership bonus while you're fleeing)
Nope you're opponent was wrong. A musician makes rallying easier and helps in a stalemate combat, you can rally with or without a musician.
