Only bowing and defeating the enemies of our God. Wielding our Swords in the night and brandishing our Guns during the day. We are Soldiers. The Soldiers of Mala!
It's adds dispel dice that can be used when the unit with MR is specifically targetted. MR 1 adds 1 dice, MR 2 adds 2 dice, MR 3 adds 3 dice. These dice cannot be used for spells that are an area effect the spell must specifically target the unit.
Hope that this clarifies!
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.

Every time a unit with MR is targeted by a spell or magic item, you get that number of dispel dice for free against the spell. So flesh hounds, who have MR(2), means you get 2 dispel dice against anything aimed at those hounds.
Doomseekers get to spread their MR to everyone nearby.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it's wrong.
