Do doom seekers ALWAYS go first even against things that always go first (like revealling an assasin, or a peice of wargear that makes them always go first)?
Well the thing is, Doomseekers don't attack as such. Which is why they haven't got an attack characteristic.
When a Doomseeker gets into base contact with enemy models, he causes automatic hits on those models and possible hits on other enemy models that are touching models in base contact with the Doomseeker. These hits are before any attacks are made, in a similar way to impact hits. After these hits have been resolved, everyone can start fighting as normal (so models that always strike first will get their hits in first as usual).
"Peace, through superior firepower."
But it specifiaccly says before Impact hits and other special attacks does that matter at all?
Yep fought these recently, they are a scarey sight. Fortunately I had even scarier hordes of zombies for him to chip away at and worse spirit hosts to let him TRY and whittle away at while I delt with the rest of the doomseekers
