Hi folks, A lizardman scar-veteran has scaley skin giving him a 5+ save, he can also take light armour, does this increase his save to 4+ or not? The rules state leather armour gives a 6+ save but im asuming you just increae the catural save of a model by +1?
Also, As he has Scaley Skin and is hit by a High Strength weapon. He will always get a 6+ save. It is not a Ward Save, but a normal save that always succeeds on a 6+.Originally Posted by Highland Jinx
Errr...no, scaly skin acts like any other armour save - see the BRB.Originally Posted by Romulus

Yeah, an Ogre Tyrant with a great weapon isn't going to be slowed down by scaly skin. Rork is right.
That was in the last edition, but it's been removed now. It still exists in Mordheim, which is really annoying when all those skinks always get a save...
