when a unit that causes fear or terror pursues into a fresh enemy, when is the leadership test taken by the fresh enemy? If they fail and flee, and are now unreachable by the pursuers, do the pursuers still go the full pursuit move? If a unit had to take a panic test (due to a nearby friendly unit being broken) will it still have to test for fear/terror if the pursuer will run into them?

Actually, as it is not an actual charge, I don't think you take a Fear/Terror check. I think the term is 'incidental charge' or something like that. You will however have to take a terror check at the start of your turn, and a panic check for your unit breaking from combat/being wiped out.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it's wrong.
Check page 76, left column, where it says "They [newly charged unit] must make any necessary psychology tests immediately."Originally Posted by Ā§ilentĀ§torm
Now if the newly charged unit is fear- or terror-causing itself, no test is needed because the charges are too, well, charged up to care.
