Ok I know that a Str 7 attack crushes a chariot as if it had 1 wound, now in the case of a tomb kings army wher they have units of chariots do the attacks carry through like a normal unit or do you just get to crush 1 chariot? Ex 3 chariots get charged by a guy with 3 attacks and Str 7. All hit, all wound. So...all chariots destroyed?
"...and we shall pave our path to the gods with the Skulls of our fallen foes."
Yes, just as regular infatry would suffer rank and file casualties. That is why light chariots are very fragile unit, and should not be thrown at black orcs with great weapons (the unit champion gets S7! )Originally Posted by ThorMace
Yep! And each wound caused this way counts as the number of wounds remaining on the chariot for the purpose of combat resolution.Originally Posted by ThorMace
So if your chariot unit is perfectly healthy, and is hit by a str 7 attack, then it counts as 3 wounds for combat resolution.
If your chariot unit already has a wound on it, and is hit by a str 7 attack, then it counts as 2 wounds for combat resolution.
lol, this can be especially harsh given the undead losing more wounds due to combat res:shifty:Originally Posted by MobiusPrime
haha yeah, undead tend to get absolutely smashed when it comes to combat resolution.
