Ok when you fire a multi shot weapon you are at -1 for each shot. Now is that -1 for each additional shot (that is the way I have always played) or each shot. Example: A dark elf with BS 4 shots a repeater, if he fires single obviously he is at BS 4 but if he fires at x2 multi is he at BS 3 or 2? Thanks

If you choose to fire multiple shots then you are at -1 to hit for all the shots. regardless of the number of multiple shots fired
Stonehambey is bang on- all I'd like to add is that it is worth noting that repeater bolt throwers (the big ones) don't suffer the -1 penalty for multiple shots. Just so you know.
