It says in the WFB rulebook that a champion in a unit is armed in the same way as the rest of the unit unless given an option otherwise in the army book. So for my TK skellie unit with spears, the champion should be armed with a spear as i don't see an option to arm him with anything else under the Skellie unit entry in the army book. Dispite this when flicking through the book, there is numerous pictures of spear armed skellies with a champion waving a big ass sword around the place. So the question is have i missed something, or are the units pictured for the army book illegal?
The model can wave around a huge dildo if he pleases, but in game terms he will use the same equipment as the rest of the unit.
WFB isnt as crushed under the WYSIWYG rules of 40k...
Right cheers, so he is only armed with a sword to make him stand out as the champion, but he will fight with a spear like the rest of the unit. Thanks Slai.
Tomb Kings armed with nothing but dildos and large tumbs of lubricant, no wonder they cause fear
