i have a question on how to take an initiative test. its states in a little waagh spell the the target pass this test or take strenght 10 hits. i was unable to find this in the little rule book from skull pass. if its in the big book i guess i'll need to get one.
Well, it should be in the little book on page 5, although not named initiative test but rather "profile test" (I'm a bit lost here bc I translate from german edition), since you can test on all profile values.
Basically, you roll a D6 and try not to roll higher than the indicated profile value.
It ain't easy bein' green... :-)
Covered on page 4 of the 7th edition rules under the section called "Characteristic Tests"
Orkbert is right, you must try and roll equal to or lower than the characteristic to pass the test, in this case the models Initiative score.
Some models will have a score of 0, often shown by a "-" so they will automatically fail such a test. War Machines for example have Initiative 0 so will fail.
If a 6 is rolled, the test is also automatically failed, regardless of the models characteristic value.
Thanks for the help.
