Best tactica agianst Eldar/Dark Eldar

What is the best tactica for Chaos agianst Eldar/Dark Eldar? I now they are not the same but they are close. I also now that dice,deployment, other player have alot to do with it. I was just wondering what a general stradegy would be. I play either Night Lords or Black Leagion. If you could point me in the right direction with the new codex coming out that would be great.

Heavy bolters are fun to use against the eldar/dark eldar troops. Most of them don't have better than a 4+ armor save so the AP 4 heavy bolters are a cheap way to tear them up.

As always, tank hunting auto-cannon havocs can really tear up the eldar skimmers and anything can shoot down a raider if you can get LOS on it.
