We will be selling off our inventory of bits, box sets and other products over the next few weeks, and will close for business on August 13th

That leads me to believe that they are still selling what they have left.

You can still buy boxed sets, but bits are only being sold in "grab bag" form.

They are selling everything off, all bits in the form of their mega grab bags I believe.
I just navigated around the site and could only find the grab bag to buy.

True, but if you are someone who is looking to insta-build a bits box. this is probably the easiest and cheapsest(and certainly) the quickest way to go. If I didn't already have a well established bits box I would be tempted to buy several of them(and I may yet).

Correcto, though they mentioned, if you want to order boxes and stuff, you can just call them. I'm sure if you are really nice you can probably ask them to pick aside some bits... maybe.
