Hey, everyone...

I'm having a problem with my matte sealer. I'm using Armory Clear Matte Sealer, the kind with the Dork Tower artwork on the label. But, this time, when I went to spray the sealer on my mini, it left a white, dusty coating all over it. It looks like my mini is frosted over with snow. Does anyone know what causes this and/or how to prevent it from happening?

From how far away are you using the spray? If it's too far, the paint will partially dry before it reaches the mini. How old is the spray? How much is left in the can? What is the (appx) ambient temperature and humidity level?

Don't use Armory spray products. Ever.

Care to elaborate? I'm sure people might like to know why they shouldn't use this company, rather than a fleeting comment declaring your dislike for their products.

Theres a god chance that its just your holding the spray can too far away from the model and the stuff is drying before it hits, my brother consistently does this when he base coats.

Yeah, that seemed to be the case. I've since sprayed a different model with much better results, and I did it closer to the model than last time. And yes, that also seems to help when I basecoat, too. Thanks.
