Ok my friend and me are making a game where you rank up like a better armour save weapon skill and so no and I want some Ideas so that I can do it I am having trouble with special rules and stuff like ranking names for fingers of different armies I am doing IG, DE and CSM

Let me understand this straight, if possible. You're making 40K, with fantasy rules? They used to work like that, if I remember correctly, right? With armor save modifiers, charge reactions etc. I think that was back in 2nd edition, but don't quote me.
