I've been trying to photograph my Skeleton Warriors for critique but I've been having trouble getting the camera to auto-focus on them. Everytime that I try shooting them, they come out all blurry. I'm using my wife's Canon which is supposed to be a pretty good camera.

Look at your camera directions to put it into Macro mode. Usually the symbol for macro is a green flower. The cannon should definitely support that mode. Also make sure you have enough light to where you can focus on the figure.

Most digital cameras can macro focus down to about 1.5 inches from the figure.... You should be able to get pretty close and get a detailed shot.
