The snotling might win the fight but the nurgling would infect it with some sort of rot. Then some sqwig would eat the snotling, then an orc would eat the squig, then probably a bigger orc would eat that orc, then the big orc would die of nurgals rot. So technically a nurgling would beat a big orc.
That or they would end up playing tag, or compete to see who could realease the loudest smelliest gas.

Snotling will win hands down. They are the true creators of the universe not the old ones. Their Ju Jitsu masters aswell.

He'd get owned utterly, for he lacks the necessary cuteness to stand up to a Nurgling (or a Snotling for that matter).

snotlings for one simple reason..they know how to pull a trigger...blam! dead nurgling..it may take 2 or 3 of 'em to actualy WORK a gun..but hey..they can do it damnit!

Looking at their abilities the nurgling would win. I mean sure the snotling pulls the trigger *BLAM* and *POOF* the nurgling makes the inv. save! (or it just gets stuck in all the diseased flesh, same thing i guess.).

And although i think that in the whole a snotling is more useful (it can carry stuff for you...and it eats bugs instead of attracting them...and...eh...hmm...it goes nice with ketchup. It's kinda like a multi-purpose travelling snack. :D )

Anyway.

Just imagine an extra nurgling vote there and all is well.
