The Fifth Horseman

This is something I cooked up a few days ago basing on a set of character design rules for Space Marines posted by someone called "BrotherAntonius" at Bolter & Chainsword a few years ago.
Basically, this small thing allows you to create a custom statline for a Space Marine character and calculates its points cost for you.
A few things to note:
* The wargear - excluding the standard Power Armour with its 3+ save - is not included and the utility doesn't offer any wargear options so you'll have to add them in by yourself. I might try to add the wargear options if there's a sufficient number of requests for them
* The design rules and point values were calculated for the 3rd Edition Codex, so the calculated points cost may be a little off when compared to the modern one. Same as for wargear, I can update that if there's a sufficient number of requests for me to do so.
* There are some restrictions to how far you can take the stats. If you exceed them, the field will turn red and the points cost will be replaced with "ERROR".
* You can decrease stats below the default, but you don't get any points back for doing so.
