My buddies and I are running a small campaign ranging 500-600 points.

I decided to make an Ecclesiarchal army for sakes that I can never field them in anything semi-competitive.

We have no more than 2 wound rules, also no 2+ saves. Requirement is 1 HQ and 1 Troops (we lifted the rule for compulsory troops for zealots).

A few things here:
-What's with the Malleus Inquisitor in a Hereticus list? A Witch Hunter is fluffier than a Daemon Hunter in an Ecclesiarchy list anyways...
-You may not have realized it, but in addition to the Lord's 3 wounds, you're also breaking the "no 2+ saves" by taking artificer armor.
-Chirurgeons may not be taken by the Ordo Malleus.
-While there may not be a 2-wound HQ Inquisitor, there is a 2-wound SoB Heroine, which should work fine because the Sororitas belong to the Ecclesiarchy. Alternatively, you could borrow the Palatine's stats for use as some other model such as an Inquisitor or priest.

While I realize that the campaign won't be that competative, Penitent Engines are rather unreliable, and the only units you can really control are the Inquisitor, who with his current setup is essentially a tooled up psycannon, and a group of lightly armored zealots.
I suggest dropping the Engines - they're usually better in higher point games where you have other units that can fulfill the army's essential needs. Instead I would replace them with either some inducted Guard, or some Sisters. Both of these choices would be more reliable, and it's easy to invent some explanation for why they would be participating in the crusade.

Yea my bad about artificer armour, i gave him power, he is there as a preacher too, I use a model in tunic with a semi-psycannon looking thing.

While I realize they are unreliable, Engines are over-fluffy, I have a sister list for that campaign also, but its a mob of sisters with an exorcist and a jumping BW palatine.
