Basically, the killa kans and SAG Big Mek shoot tanks. The 12 man kommando squad infiltrates. The deffkoptas scout towards the infiltrated kommandos shooting and bombing stuff as necessary. The Deff dread tries to get into CC, but is perfectly happy being a fire magnet. The Mega Armour big mek and gretchin zoom into battle in the battle wagon, trying to get into CC, and big shoota-ing stuff on the way. Snikrot's kommandos are held in reserve, taking advantage of best target when they arrive. Stormboyz and 'ard boys get into CC as quickly as possible. Should be fun.

Tau will be on the defensive from the start mark, with the Orkies infiltrating (or, the Kommandos).

One of those squads will run havoc with the Tau units in combat.

IMO the remaining Orks have sufficient numbers and tanks to get a few units in the Tau zone, while the Tau will have to be too "Go get 'em" for their own safety.

Tau. The Infiltrating Kommandos will be able to get close quickly with the right terrain, but the Devilfishies should be able to keep the FW safe and at range while the tau guns go to work.

TAU will prevail, they have a such a massiave amount of anti horde shooting. This list is a contender.

I really like the ork list, and I think it would be quite effective in a lot of situations. I think the skimmers of the Tau, and their maneuverability will be able to whittle down the orks.

the suits might get sacrificed to the ork infiltrators, but there's enough Firewarriors to make up for it with weight of fire.

Tau take this one

TAU has this one - the Orks are too piece-meal, to easy to engage one threat at a time.

Tau, especially if they use Fish of Fury tactics. All ork vehicles will be quickly killed off by the Hammerheads, and there are enough Burst Cannons and Pulse Rifles to kill off most Orks before they can get close.

Tau will win this as the Orks lack focus, and the Tau will eliminate them piecemeal as they advance.
