Well, if you believe this, then this is the place for you! Every week or so, Phoenix and I will have a theme. You will build a list, enter, and possibly win! How do you do this, you may ask. Well, it is very simple.

Entering The Contest-
To enter, please follow the theme that will be set. Using the theme and point limit, you are free to make a list that is of legal gaming configuration. Use only legal Codexi/Army Books. This is open to both Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000.
To enter the contest, PM me your list with the heading 'List Contest'.

Okay, there's the jist of it. Each week or so (maybe longer if there are not enough participants) we will host a theme and point limit. It can be anything, so be prepared!

After you enter, Phoenix and I will judge each list based on certain criteria, of which we will let you know, for each theme. We will pick a winner, and we will hopefully find some kind of prize. (Hopefully we will find a good one, suggestions work too ;))

Hardest Hitters - 2000 Points - Warhammer 40,000
In this competition, you will create a list which utilizes an armies hard hitting units. You will construct your list based upon this, but still making the list legal. (Two troops, 1 HQ)

The Criteria - How hard each unit will hit, how the list will survive, and how many hard hitting units it carries.

Can you define hard hitting.

Are you talking CC or firepower? Or is it delibarately ambiguous so it could be either ;-)

Either works. Just make sure it is truly hard hitting if you want to win.

Thats right, you pick the game, the army, and the points limit.

The criteria, well, make a horde list. BUT it needs to be good. Its your decision as to whether 1000 2pt models will be able to take on all comers and come out on top, or do you go for 750 of the things and bulk out with a few hard hitters... OR just a tank horde. 100 tanks in 10K... thats still a horde in my eyes :)

PM all completed lists to me. Rough details of some more obscure items would be nice too incase i cant get to the right book to check.
