so all was normal.
as i was walking i see a kroot merc. list playing against necrons...:X
usually slaughter on a massive scale (unless the kroot player is veteran of the year!?)
BUT
i chimed in and out everynow and then out of a mild disgust and a need to laugh...
the kroot were winning...
not by a little BUT BY ALOT!
3rd turn the casualties were... insane!?
the kroot player had lost 2 kroot
and the cron player lost half of his army including a monolith...
so you'd think the kid woulda quit and threw his army away...(or atleast his dice and his strategy!):?
but by the end of the game...
kroot had lost a total of 3 kroot
and the necron player was WIPED OUT!8X
i dont know... thats the worst game ive ever witnessed... anyone else seen anything worse?:P

A recent CP game I had against sisters of battle. I managed to kill one sister with a grenade launcher and another by tank shocking (failed the Death or Glory). Lost my entire army - it was brutal.

My worst game was ageist the crons I was play my ork as speed freaks I killed 3 crons and 2 of them got back end of turn 4 I hard nothing left on the broad. It was just one of them games where nothing went right.

On How Much is enough? And When Do You Quit!? we have one kid who plays a grey knights list just about never won a game best result was a draw for the 1st year but he did slowly (although very slowly) get better and start to win games

I had a 1500 min-maxed anti-SM Plasma/Las SM army against Rhino-Rushing Blood Angels. Lost only 4 marines, all due to overheats.

I once only lost a single scorpion, 3 banshees and 1 member of a heavy weapon platform team against IG. Another time, I lost 2 banshees, a warwalker, and 4 scorpions against marines. Biel-Tan Craftworld Eldar were broken times. 18 S6 AP2 shots wiped out entire squads of marines in one turn, and my only troops were elites.

well i had a game against foot sloggin Blood angels against my Boogey man tactic Dark Eldar...
i lost a total of 4 dark eldar warriors...
pinned his entire army the first turn save the death company.
by the beggining of third turn
he lost his entire army...
poor guy thought death company could take on incubi!8X
but it was his 1st time against DE so i guess it was just not knowing what was gonna happen...

I once played against a eldar player, and by turn 5 he had gotten 175 victory points (killed my scarabs and tomb spyder ) and I had 2500 victory points (his entire army). It was pretty brutal.

Was annoyed at someone bragging they had beat me in a showgame where I had been forced to field 3 seperate armies on the table, fighting 4 opponents, and couldn't use special rules and was forced to use time limit of a single force. I crushed two opponents, and got wiped on the other end because my alaitoc couldn't use disruption and there was no terrain on that board end within " of the edge. My whole alaitoc force came in piecemeal (had to use reserves) and couldn't get to cover against a fully deployed tau static shoot list. The tau player was being a smug sheet about it so I asked him to a rematch after.

Turn 3 win in a 1500 pt game. End result, 80 vps him (he killed my avatar), to 2250 (had all 4 table corners and killed him to a man).I certainly shut him up. After that I asked if he'd like to play a fun balanced game since the scale was back at even-he declined.

I've had it both ways.

Beat a friend's Eldar pretty badly on a regular basis with my Tau. More than once he's been left with no scoring units going into turn 2.

Lost with Necrons to Chaos in the worst way. Lost the Monolith first turn, and then all of my units made a fallback off the table or caught in sweeping advance. No Phase Out, just gone...

I once destroyed a BA rhino rush army in a championship final. I lost one marine to a lascannon shot. Amusingly enough I was using a balanced BA army (seriously- I had devastators) that was designed as an all-comers killer- as you would for a tournie.

Best game on my part was a four way, 1000 points. Second turn I had completely killed an Eldar army while keeping all of my units. Then my tyranids turned around and killed an entire Space Marine army and I only lost 5 gargoyles and one wound on flyrant. Then I charged a tau army with everything but a sniperfex and destroyed all in one turn. This was a one in a lifetime game. I was so happy that day. The only things that I did not kill was a hammerhead, Eldar walker, and half a squad of marines. They were shot down earlier.

Killed Crons on turn 1. He got the brilliant Idea to field a 'lith in 1000 pts. He advanced his first turn, I then fired a single eartshaker round and charged with rough riders causing him to phase out the next turn.

Nice! I agree a monolith should never be seen in any game below 1500 points.

Playing my Revilers against a blood angels CC type SM army. I defined the term "Qwnage" (Taking pwnage to a whole letter more)

My marine traits allow infiltrate accross almost the entire roster and also Devs to be usd as Elites.
I put my whirlwinds and my pred down, then my HQ and was done. He placed his army with the strategic efficency as if he was setting up for the Finals at a GT. (his setup took more time than the game) Then I got to place the rest of my army.

Three dev squads, three units of troops and then sniperscouts.

I get first go on the dice roll.

Round one consisted of me exploding three of his rhinos (killing two squads inside them to a man) Immobilizing and weappon destroyed BOTH of his CC Noughts, plus taking out his lord AND 5 assault troops in a deviated roll from my Hyperios Whirlwind.

Round 2 saw his predator poof in a puff of lascannon smoke. Also three of his assault squads took 75% casulties from pie plates of Hyperios, and two broke and ran. His bikes got chewed by heavy bolter fire and sniper rifles.

I think we quit round three when he had 8 men left, and 5 were in a unit with jump packs running for his table edge.

He wears the " I 've Been Qwned by the Revilers" tshirt I had made for him. :)
