The Autarch will be running around with the Shining Spears. They are excellent for hunting any time of armor, especially medium to high AV vehicles. Also they are good to charge into MEQ HQs and eat them alive on the charge. The Farseer will either be traveling around solo (due to IC status) or with one of the bike units. He will be Dooming a unit per turn, and either character hunting or turning tanks to expose rear armor with Mind War, or be Tank Hunting with his Singing Spear. The Dire Avengers are there mainly for anti-horde. They sport a respectable 14 18" shurken catapults and with bladestorm they can up that to 20 if they forgo shooting the next turn. The 6 man Jetbike unit has a nice firebase with 2 shuriken cannons. They can go tank hunting with that and the Warlock's singing spear, or even charge into CC if needed due to having Enhance.
The 3 man Jetbike units are there for firesupport or tank hunting with the shuriken cannon and the Warlock's singing spear. The Vypers are excellent mobile firebases. They all put out a large number of shots and have a mixture of anti-horde and anti-MEQ weapons (scatter lasers, starcannons, shuriken cannons). The are also excellent at taking out light to medium armored vehicles. The Falcon is my jack-of-all-trades tank. It can take out almost any kind of vehicle with their mixture of weapons and is almost impossible to kill. It can also act as a transport for the Dire Avengers if needed.

Basically what my play style and how of course the army is designed is a significantly strong assault and withstand force used to capture objectives and contest table quarters. and just generally annoy the enemy army. The Rhino’s lead assault with DP and Predator support fire has always been my main tactic. The DP is my scare unit and will be used to contest table quarters. Terminators pop down from orbit when and were there needed. The Terminators are my punch and will be dropped where ever theres a threat. So my playstyle is Mechanized objective based combat.

Sadly, i would say the chaos (Eldar are awsum!) The shining spears would wreak havoc but the eldar just doesn't have enough ap 3 guns. Anyone say reapers?

Although Eldar don't have a load of AP3 gadgets, the Chaos forces aren't exactly plentiful in that department either.

So, it comes down to who can hold it best.

Eldar can take it sure as anything, they'll take it Turn 2 relatively intact.

It all comes down to how well the forces of Chaos can remove them from the objective. The thing is, killing 2-3 J/Bikers will crush their ability to count as scoring.

With the Shooting salvos cleared up, the PF-guys will be able to clean them out in combat (hey, the Mind War Farseer can only pick out so many guys).

Chaos will scrape a win here, but it will be close.

This one would be another great battle to watch.

I agree with ArchonFarseerGuy though...

Chaos will outlast and ultimately whittle down the space elves, and their shiny, shiny boots
