This is based on some ideas I floated a while back - chiefly:
The IST can deploy seperately of Inquisitors, the basic chassis was the Rhino (saved making existing IG BS 3 vehicles up to BS4), etc.
Points values are pretty much as per WH Codex.
IST Officer uses stat line and cost of Commissar from IG Codex - I figured Storm Troopers and Commissars were both products of the Schola Progenium - so their Officers would equate to Commissars in training, but those with tactical aptitude could be made Officers rather than Commissars.
The Sanctioned Psyker seemed to fit the fluff bearing in mind what the Inquisition might face.
