Battle Report
Turn 1
We deployed, and Witch Hunters got to go first. They advance, the Exorcist rolls 4 shots and manages to blow up the Falcon. Not bad.
The Eldar use their turn to move up. No shooting.
Turn 2
Everything movies up more, one of the Penitent Engines arrives on the board edge from reserves, and the Exorcist rolls 4 more shots and takes out both War Walkers. Excellent.
The Eldar move up and kill 5 Stormtroopers with the Dark Reapers (I think).
Turn 3
The Exorcist continues its shooting spree and kills two Dark Reapers, and at the end of the phase the other two fail their Ld check and fall back off the board.
The Eldar kill 2 more Stormtroopers and 2 Arco-Flagellants with infantry fire. The two armies are now getting close to assault range.
Turn 4
Hellgun fire takes out 5 Guardians and 2 Dire Avengers. The other Penitent Engines also arrives on the board edge.
The Avatar gets into combat with the more forward Penitent Engine and destroys it, 6 Stormtroopers die from the Swooping Hawks' blast. This might have been on Turn 5.
Turn 5-6
The pictures I have confuse me at this point, but the Arco-Flagellants and Inquisitor Lord w/ Combat Servitors managed to take out all the Dire Avengers and remaining Guardians. In retaliation 2 Arcos die, and then the 2nd Penitent Engine kills all the Swooping Hawks between Heavy Flamer fire and assault. The Avatar then got to it and killed it, and then got all the way back to the Exorcist and blew that up too (this was a weird fluke that really shouldn't have happened).
In the end he had his Avatar left, and I had my Inquisitor with retinue and one Arco-Flagellant. The hero of the game was definitely the Exorcist, taking out all his heavy threats in the first two turns -- some great rolls there. Fun game, overall.
Here's the pics (they roughly correspond to 1 per turn, e.g. in the first the WH's have taken their first turn of movement, in the next they've moved another 6", etc):
