I know I should run an Exorcist but due to some bad advice I bought the Multi-Melta's already so I'm planning on running them until I have enough money for an Exorcist and then Rhino's. I currently have all the pieces for this army except the Seraphim.

I would suggest losing the storm bolters, putting in heavy flamers, and giving these sisters rhino transports.
Heavy Support 144pts

If you want some anti-tank I suggest taking an exorcist. Better range, more firepower. Cheaper.
Seraphim and Canoness are fine.

I would also suggest dithing the Power Weapons on your Veteran Superiors. If you really feel the need for some CC ability on them, grab Eviserators. Sure, losing the 1 attack from the BP+PW kinda sucks, but at str3, you're going to be wounding most things on a 4/5+. With the Evis, you'll be hitting on 4+ and then wounding most things on 2+ (which should yeild more actual kills than hitting on 4+ and wounding on 4/5+).

If I drop the power weapons that only saves me 30 points and if I drop the Multi-Melta for an Exorcist w/ armor that will only save me 4 point which still isn't enough to upgrade to 2 Rhino's on a 750 list.
I can only have 1 Heavy Flamer per squad so should I run flamer/heavy flamer?
Yes I know I should buy an exorcist but I just dropped alot of money to get this far and I still need Seraphim's so the tank will have to wait a month or two.

This is not legal. The minimum Retributor Squad is one Sister Superior and four Retributors. Taking a whole squad of heavy/special weapons is a bad idea too, as every wound counts. If they had some Bolters in there you could sacrifice them to make the Multi-Meltas last longer.
Heavy Flamer/Flamer Battle Sisters with a Veteran Sister Superior in Rhinos with Extra Armour and Smoke Launchers come to 200 points. Two squads makes 400, leaving you with 350. Taking out your Canoness you have 224. This does not really leave enough points for both an Exorcist and a squad of Seraphim.
A 7-strong Seraphim Squad with a Veteran Sister Superior equipped with an Evicerator and two Seraphim equipped with Twin Hand Flamers comes to 203 points. Unfortunately, you only have one lousy Evicerator for anti-tank. If you put a Meltagun in each Battle Sister Squad (exchange with the Flamer for +4 points per squad) you will have a bit more of an anti-tank hammer, but they will lose some of their anti-infantry power.

In other words.
Seraphim are quite good, but you have the anti-troop thing covered with the regular girls, what you really need is an Exorcist for PURE anti-tank. As well as a vehicle that will still double for anti-troop when it finishes with the tanks.
