[QUOTE=DaNnY-1-;1190417]Mercenary General
-Sword of Might
-Lance no point in having both since he will always use the magic item over the mundane.
-Warhorse
-Barding
-Heavy Amour
-Enchanted Shield
Paymaster
-Enchanted Shield can't have more than one enchanted shield or any magic item for that matter except scrolls and stones.
-Lance
-Warhorse
-Barding
-Heavy Amour
Hireling Wizard
-Dispell Scroll
-Level 2
Hireling Wizard depending on who you play, this may be enough magic defense or you may get owned. thanks to GW and their new 7th magic push, you'll probably need more defense.
-Dispell Scroll
-Level 2
Pikemen X 20
-Standard and Musician
Duelists X 10
Duelists X 9 the problem with duelists, is that if they are charged, they'll die. You can't make an army full of duellists because they will die if you flub your stand and shoot rolls and can't stand up to anything with ranks and numbers.
-Pistols
Heavy Cavalry X 9cavalry should never be more than 6 strong, you have characters taht are going to need units to be in as well.
-Barding
-Full Command
Ogres X 5Just make these ironguts. They have better leadership and better rules (gutplate impact hits)
-Musician and Championchamp not really worth the points with ironguts)
-Great Weapons
Cannon

QUOTE]
this army needs a little work. I really don't see any reason not to take at least 2 units of fast cav in every DoW army. They are a bargain for what they do and their point cost and are really the one good unit in the DoW army that hasn't changed much through all the editions.
