hmmm... The elf mercenary has a male looking head, and a... *cough* ...female torso. The painting, however, is very good.

Of he painted minis, they're not bad but could really use a bit more time and effort upon them. The marie there especially, his cloth/dress is really shiny. I guess you've used ink, if so you're usually best to go over it with the original colour as inks have this really shiny effect which are not so good. You might want to look at shading and highlighting, these two aspects of painting will really make your minis stand out - thought they take a bit more time.

For the red, reapply the basecoat and then use blood red as a highlight - the ink should be OK as a shade. The black can be done with a mid-tone grey (a mix of chaos black and codex grey) and the silver could do with a good solid wash of chaos black (or black wash)

It is kinda hard to get "female" heads in a game that is predominatly male models :\

Thanks for the input Kuffy :act-up: With the cloth I was trying to achive a silk apperance, which is why I used a lot of ink washes rather than standard layering :act-up:

Try the Darek Elves or maybe the Darek Eldar "mad" hair model....
