A total of 9 Psycannons, as well as 2 twin-linked lascannon AV14 platforms. It is easily possible for one or both of these tanks being knocked out, then only AV 12 and below vehicles would have any need to fear.

Under the new rules, each unit would need to lose 5 models, meaning I have about 20 bodies the keep alive in order to have a chance of winning (or at least scoring a draw.

Well, you have a lot of psycannons, in probably the best configuration you can get with our list bearing in mind the new scoring rules. Since that's what you're going for, I guess this is a good list? Seems like sorta a one-trick pony, though, so I don't know how much fun something like this would be in the long-run. It's your dime, though ;).
