Nice clean lines, some of your highlights look a bit too thick but overall pretty good.

Did you highlight the orange in the leg?

It might be the photo but it looks like it is missing the bold highlighting that is on the blue.

I think that the missiles weapons etc need something they just look base coated.

Overall though I do like the miniature, I like Tau models when they are done cleanly they always look good and yours is nice.

I agree with alonairre, your highlights are a bit thick, try thinning your paint some more and maybe use another higlight under it to help smooth the transition of the colours. You could also gloss the optics for extra detail. I think the model looks really cool and would definetly stand out on the tabletop.:dance:

thanx guys! and yes i did highlight the orange and ironically with very thin highlight lines unlike the blue LOL buddy of mine told me to do the same with thinning the paint and i think i will do that as well.

as for the thick lines, ur talking on the shoulder plate and a few of the chest lines :( i think the highlights on the legs look great (those were done last :P) but i know what you mean.

i will try the gloss too for the eyes!

overall i wanted to keep it very basic. to me, the simpler the better for Tau, this is the urban camo scheme for tau i liked it very much. i was going to add a few orange decals to it (orange is the sept color)
