A quote from the lexicanum about him: " ..Fabius chose to rewire the pleasure centres of Marius' brain, resulting in the previously grim warrior feeling constantly at the edge of experiencing great sensations, every emotion and action - including pain received - stimulating him. Initially Marius found the most joy in expressing anger, but was forced to keep his rage in check, in concordance with the philosophy of the Emperor's Children. He finally found a suitable way of experiencing the sensations he desired after the performance of the Maraviglia, an orchestral work created by the remembrancer (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Remembrancer) Bequa Kynska (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Bequa_Kynska). Thoroughly corrupted by the powers of Slaanesh, the remembrancer conjured not only daemonic presences (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Daemon) upon the stage, she also infused the instruments of the orchestra with the power to produce effects disorientating, stimulating and thoroughly lethal. With the deaths of the majority of the orchestra themselves in the resultant orgy of deviancy, Marius was the first Space Marine (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Space_Marine) to move forwards to lift an instrument and play it, discovering its unusual effects could be directed, and the sensations wielding it's power produced. It is therefore highly probable that Marius Vairosean became the first Noise Marine. Marius took his weaponised instrument to war with him on the fields of Isstvan V (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Isstvan_V), leading a cohort of similarly armed and stimulated Marines into battle at the Drop Site Massacre. Now completely depraved, Marius had fixed wraps of skin from the Maraviglia dead to his armour with spikes, had his ears removed and his eyes forever sewn open. His mouth was forever unnaturally wide open, contorted by the foul experience of the Maraviglia. His eventual fate is not currently known." Badass heavymetal to the max! half the audience got splattered by the music, and what does this guy do? says "-i wonder if i can play iron-man on this thing?" Malacoda October 13th, 2008, 02:32 Definately Ciaphas Cain for 40K. I started a thread a while ago asking why they havent, at the very least, made rules for him. Someone on LO made a set of rules for him which were pretty good. I know BL made a diorama of him a few years back, but I want an official model and an official set of rules for him. For WHFB, I would like to see a model and a set of rules for Tz'Arkan from the Malus Darkblade series. Or a new model for Malus Darkblade himself, if he didnt manage to return all the trinkets back to the daemons temple to get his soul back. Maybe with small wings, small horns, and a huge-ass sword. magila October 13th, 2008, 03:26 Ahhh right i'd have sly marbo or some type of snake man Boomer October 13th, 2008, 09:07 Loken - Luna Wolves 10th company captain.
