Ok, so been sitting around for a few days, just chilling and writing army lists left and freaking right. So, here's a small list I've decided to start out with

Night shields and fexes off the ravagers, put the fexes on the raiders and give the dracon some weapons. Maybe give the warrior squads an extra blaster if you can.

With the spare two points, give your Dracon plasma grenades. With his combat potential, you don't want him striking at less than his initiative because you assaulted a unit in cover!

I would actually recommend putting the nighshields BACK on the ravagers (helps keep em safe from assault cannons and heavy bolters and the like) and maybe find away to get some of your warrior squads in raiders as, right now you don't have any units that can easily grab objectives not in your deployment zone.
