Tactics
The ork boys rush the enemy, the slugga boys run becoming more of a target while the shoota boys kill stuff. The grots hide in the battlewagons to make them scoring and hold objectives. The battlewagons and meks shoot the enemy with 5 ordance templates a turn. The warbikes flank my enemy and go for vehicles/shooty units/other targets. Waaagh!

Tactics: Two tactical squads drop in first, followed later by the third and the Dreadnought. Depending on opponent, Assault Squad may combat squad with Shrike joining the non-Sergeant squad, but usually he will infiltrate with them. Snipers infiltrate into cover and provide fire support vs. infantry and tanks while holding objectives. Tactical squads target vehicles then infantry, Dreadnought targets infantry.

The Marine player has a fair amount of templates and large scoring units if he doesnt combat squad them. With drop pods and infiltrate the marine player is going to have a lot of control of the board. Im going to vote Marines unless otherwise swayed.

Control of the board means diddly if you get rushed by two large units quickly.

The thing that stops me voting Orks immediately is their mech nature, facing a decent amount of anti-tank. But, off the bat, the most they can do is kill three tanks, assuming they get near-perfect rolls for everything, so I think the superior speed and combat prowess of the greenskins will give them victory.

Wow, I feel sorry for the Marine player. The game got completely switched in the last two hours of the match.
